Economic factors included employment, credit quality, workforce training and even potential as a biotech hub. Commercial real estate market continues to improve and the OMAR Bakery is a part of that movement. We see some additional interest in commercial applications on our main level and construction has commenced on the tenant space in the center section. Access to an exercise facility will be a reality in the near future as walls are going up. Other additional build-outs are in the near future with plans being finalized. These include a creative arts center and photography businesses.
